We are physically located 1/4 mile East of Keys, Oklahoma on Hwy 82 near Beautiful Lake Tenkiller. The Keys Community is 5 minutes South from the Hwy 82 and 62 Junction South of Historic Tahlequah, OK, the Capital of the Cherokee Nation.
From our front door we enjoy an incredible view of the Cookson Hills where the scenic Illinois River fills the deep valleys with Beautiful Lake Tenkiller. Winds blowing through the forests whisper the history of these rolling hills of Indian Territory. Because of the rugged terrain and inaccessible areas, throughout history numerous outlaws including Pretty Boy Floyd, Bell Starr and Jessie and Frank James hid from legal officials here. Old timers tell that in the days of prohibition, revenue agents would seldom venture into these hills looking for stills, because many never returned. This area was some of the least traveled portions of Cherokee Indian Territory even twenty years into the 1900s and still remains a very beautiful rural and country setting.
The idea of an online store was developed because our location is rural yet a high tourist area. This convenience to our local customers as well as our many visitors who live in nearby cities but have cabins and boats on the lake should enable everyone to treasure hunt more efficiently. Until the completion of our new building this website will be used extensively to display much of the inventory that we have in warehouses.
